Katoli Consulting Ltd is led by Adrian Sturley. He is a recognised banking systems expert with more than 15 years' experience of pre-sales and implementation projects with clients worldwide.
Before forming Katoli Consulting, Adrian was vice president and director of operations for EMEA for a multinational banking systems supplier. His achievements include:
- Leading a team of 50 professional services employees.
- Development of business plans for entire European region with management team.
- Managing small to major projects within the region (from £500,000 to £5million).
- Customer interaction on business requirements, testing, training and knowledge transfer.
- Development of payments, lending, deposit, front-end channel delivery and integration solutions.
- Successful collaboration with clients and technical teams in countries such as Serbia, Poland, Norway, Russia, USA, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Slovenia.
